A few hours of solitude was just enough time to walk 2 miles, paint a small gate, and take a shower before my first visitor of the day arrived, Isabell. Can’t count her though as she lives here. She came in the bathroom following my shower and climbed into the sink to sit while I tried to put a few dabs of make-up on my face.

Billy arrived around 9:00 AM and he and David left together to run a few errands. I worked in the yard most of the day trimming hedges and pulling weeds from around shrubs.

Jason and a friend of his came to pick up Isabell around 2:00 PM. She did not want to leave with him and Mandy finally agreed (with some coercion from me) to go with them to get an ice-cream. She also agreed to pick up some pine bark to freshen up the landscaping around the house.

Harlee (one of our next door neighbors) came over. She and her mother have been in Michigan for about 3 weeks. She said she missed us terribly and wanted to go the ball game with us. We left around 5:30 to watch Austin and Cole’s baseball game. Their team won 17/11. Afterwards, we went to Sonic consuming several foot long hotdogs, cokes, and Sonic Blasts.

After we ate, Melissa, Jeff, Austin, and Cole came to the house for a visit. They left shortly after 10:00 PM.

8 visitors today, 82 in all.
